Truly this e-session for Jake + Erika was one of my favorites to shoot and process. Not only was it a phenomenal time getting to know these two ahead of their wedding this coming fall. We spent a couple hours at Jake’s family’s land in Street, MD on a beautiful Spring Friday evening in May. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening. I hope you enjoy some of my favorite moments from the shoot!

Such an incredible day in Baltimore with an incredible couple! First truly perfect weather day I’ve had to shoot on this year – so glad to have spent it with these two. This was only my third time shooting in Baltimore and I was happy to avoid the inner harbor area this time. It can always be tough shooting on weekends in populated cities on nice days – there’s people everywhere. We were able to be creative with it all, though, and shoot in ways that minimized the issue. Loved how this couple interacted so naturally and really just enjoyed spending time together – I can’t wait for their wedding this September!

Thrilled to have Rob + Emily’s engagement on the blog today. Rob is a good friend of mine from college and we lived on the same hall my senior year. There’s too many questionable stories to share publicly from that year so I’ll simply say that Rob has a heart of gold – a true friend who cares deeply for people and to see people achieve their best. Lauren and I are so incredibly happy for him to have found Emily – the perfect match for Rob’s personality and sense of humor. Emily, we’re so excited to get to know you over the many years ahead as we’ve gotten to know Rob. Can’t wait for your wedding this July!

Now that I’m officially back in season with the photography, I thought I’d let you know that over the winter office we secured some NEW OFFICE SPACE in Downtown Lancaster!  We are located at 32 McGovern Ave Suite 1, right across the street from the Lancaster Train Station. As soon as the bridge construction is complete this summer it will be a breeze to get here. If you are familiar with looking at the building above, turn around and you’re at our office building. If you’re familiar with the Comic Store in Lancaster, (a Lancaster landmark), we are located right above them. It’s a small office space but it’s perfect for meeting clients, small commercial shoots, and simply getting out of the office to do work. Please feel free to stop on in anytime, would love some visitors!
